This 12.5 x 13.5 L shaped room on the second floor faces front (north, street), has two windows, a ceiling fan, and shares the bathroom on the first floor with a male roommate. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and currently has a full size bed, wardrobe, night stand, 2 desks and 2 chairs. The shared kitchen and living room are on the first floor.

The duplex apartment has three rooms on the second floor (3 roommates). The married owners use the kitchen and living room on the first floor Sunday through Tuesday every week. Currently a 30 year old polite respectful male occupies the other room sharing the bathroom on the first floor, you would be sharing the bathroom with him. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub. The third roommate has their own private bathroom in their room.

No smoking, no vaping, no 420, no drugs, we are looking for nice quiet people who recycle and clean up after themselves in the kitchen. $1100 for a single occupant, $1200 for a couple.

Located on 22nd St Between 5th and 6th Avenue in trendy South Slope. Lots of shopping, banks, dining, etc. Nearest train is the R train at 25th St and 4th Ave.
